This image makes use of a .3DS DALEK model by James Murphey and also some converted/abused TARDIS textures (also on his site) by Christopher Gill. The image of 'The Doctor' (from a popular series of fan audios) was scanned in and touched up a bit and applied to the image in post-processing. The sign was scanned in and applied as a texture within the 3D model. Everything else (TARDIS shape, the rock wall/cave entrance, the ground, ground mist and 'smokey/cloudy/misty' environs the other side of the wall were created 'by hand' using POV-Ray primitives and procedural textures.
